Email communication 

By becoming a member or purchasing from this site, you understand and agree to receiving email communications from me. Please be assured, I neither have the time nor organisational skills to bombard you with constant emails. You may get an up date from me once in a while or be notified of giveaways or specials. ​Delivery

The time I need to prepare an order is three to five days. Discounted tracked international courier is now available with an estimated delivery of 4 - 9 days. These are the estimates given by the postal companies but cannot be guaranteed.

Customs and import taxes

​Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, please be aware of your countries fees prior to purchasing. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Lost or damaged items 

I cannot be responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit, however, please contact me ASAP with any issues.

Payment options

Secure payments using Stripe are available. I am also happy to take old fashioned layby payments. An invoice will be raised and sent via email with the option to pay the item off over four weeks. A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable. Your item will be shipped once payment is made in full. Please use the contact me if you would like to use the Layby option.

Returns & exchanges

​I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I will consider returns and exchanges under the following conditions: 

  • Please contact me within three days of delivery to discuss.

  • Items returned must be new and unworn.

  • All return postage costs are at the buyers expense.

  • Items must be returned within seven days of delivery.

  • Refunds will only be considered when the item has been received in the condition it was sent.
